Gerard Raphael Montoya
Gerard (Jerry) Raphael Montoya was born on May 13, 1967, in Albuquerque, NM and passed away on December 29, 2025, in Albuquerque, NM at the age of 58.
Preceded in death by his father Robert (Bobby)Montoya, and brother Charles Griego.
Jerry is survived by his daughter Deserae Janelle Sanchez,; mother Concepcion Montoya; brother Norman Montoya (wife) Kathy Montoya and brother Robert Montoya; his six nieces and nephews Tiffany Montoya, Mallory Montoya-Sedillo, Louis Montoya, Joshua Montoya and Victoria and Veronica Griego; his great nephews: Robert Saiz, Ray Sedillo, and Cruzito Montoya.
Celebration of Life will be held February 13, 2026, Rosary at 9:30am Mass at 10:15 ,Reception after at The Parish Hall at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW., 87114

We are in Colorado and cannot attend but want all to know that Gerry was a good friend that help us build two homes and our home in Colorado not to mention his work at our business. We always considered him a good friend and a part of our whole family. We will miss him.
