I may have sent this earlier today, but am sending again just to be sure that I did hit the send button... I just learned of dear Barbara's passing and wanted to send my sincere condolences to her family and friends. While she remained active in local (Santa Fe) book and publishing ventures, she continued to provide leadership and valuable experience as a respected author. We developed a personal friendship as well, and went to the Santa Fe Opera together at least once, as well as other lectures and events. I also knew her husband Bill briefly. Barbara, you are missed and many remember you well. Sing with the angels!
