Begin paperwork online at our site by clicking "Make Arrangements Now" under direct cremation or direct burial.
*Please allow yourself enough time to complete the arrangements once you begin*
It is important to have all vital information prior to beginning the online arrangement process such as Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Social Security Number, Parents' Names (Mother's Full Maiden Name)
*It is also important to have payment information ready to provide online at the completion of the paperwork*
After all paperwork is submitted, one of our caring staff will reach out to you WITHIN 24 HOURS to assist with any questions and gather any further required information and/or signatures
After death certificates are signed by the doctor, the State will issue us a cremation permit and we will schedule cremation
The general time to accomplish cremation after our initial contact is 7-10 business days (Time may vary depending on doctor's signature or OMI investigation and process)
