Mariah Castillo, age 25, of Tucumcari, New Mexico, passed away on June 25,2026, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, and a gentle spirit that touched everyone who knew her.

When I first moved to tucumcari we were in the 8th grade constantly getting into trouble. She was very caring and always had me go over when I was constantly fighting with my family. She was the type of person that would go the extra mile to make sure someone She cares about was okay. I havent seen her since I moved but we always stayed in touch every now and then and she always remained the same. Always said how it is but always with good intentions and was sweet and caring. I am so so sorry I know this is a difficult time but just know she definitely left her mark behind as a remembrance with all of us
